What We Do
Our non-profit organization builds, reclaims, restores and preserves historical communities across the states.
Our Mission
Our non-profit (not for profit) organization is here to educate, broaden the generational knowledge and help preserve the history of our local communities.
We do this through preservation construction (abiding by an adhering to the National Historical Society, State Historical Societies, The Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Historic Rehabilitation, as well as many other entities and agencies alike).
Funding of our current project and projects in our near future come from community outreach, donations, local grants as well as word-of-mouth. The local community is a huge part of where we receive our assistance in preserving and adding to the rich history of our local economies.
Our goal is to help your economy prosper and to help your rich history shine. We intend to streamline your projects by helping in all aspects of your build. From speaking with the local governments, to assisting you in picking the perfect General Contractor, to giving a turn-key product at the end of your build that will last for generations to come. We are here to help you, to help preserve your home, your town and your state one brick at a time, one wood plank at a time and ultimately one building at a time.
Let us help your younger generations appreciate what it is we grew up knowing, and what this beautiful state was built upon.
“For every action there is an equal an opposite reaction.”
Let that action start with you!

What We Plan To Achieve
Streamline processes for better safety, more accurate budgeting, schedule adherence and ease to all parties.
Function as a unit not an individual (better collaboration through the project).
One point of contact for every entity associated with the project to help with safety, ease tensions, and help for less miscommunication.
Help distribute funds to proper peoples’ to adhere to policies and procedures set in place (therefore no conflict of interest per our non-profit will be your non-bias party).
A dynamic repertoire.
Preserving, restoring and repurposing historical properties.
Growing local communities and economies.
Giving state owned properties the ability to give back.
